What is an HOA?
A Homeowners Association (HOA) is a non-profit organization that governs a community of homes. HOAs are formed to maintain property values, enforce community policies, and provide amenities to residents.
Who is our Property Management company and why do we have one?
Our community is managed by Goodwin & Company, located at 2425 N. Central Expy, Suite 500, Richardson, Texas 75080. They assist the HOA with day-to-day operations, financial management, maintenance coordination, homeowner communication, compliance enforcement, and legal coordination.
Who are the Board Members and how can I contact them?
Board Members may be contacted by submitting a Request through TownSq.

I have a question, suggestion, or complaint. Where do I go?
All communication to the Board of Directors and management company must be submitted through TownSq by creating a Request. The forum is not used to communicate with Board Members.
What should I know about the community rules?
Community rules are located in TownSq under Documents and include:

Architectural
What types of exterior modifications can I make without approval?
All exterior modifications or improvements must be approved through the architectural control process unless specifically listed as pre-approved in the Design Guidelines.
Where do I find the architectural request form?
The fillable form is located under Architectural Review in TownSq. Paper forms are not accepted.
What is the process and how long does it take?
Applications are reviewed by the ACC Committee for compliance with guidelines. Review may take up to 30 days. Provide complete information to avoid delays.
What is the status of my application?
If you have not heard back within 20 days, submit a Request through TownSq.
Pets
Only common household pets such as cats and dogs are permitted. No more than four domesticated household pets per residence. Pets may not run loose. Leash laws are strictly enforced and pet waste must be disposed of using community pet waste cans.
Parking
All vehicles must display a community parking tag.
Current tag: 2x2 blue and white windshield decal placed near the registration sticker.
To obtain a tag, submit a Request through TownSq. Each home may register up to five tags. Additional tags require approval.
Accepted tags also include older orange and blue hang tags and printed TownSq dashboard tags.
Property and Common Areas
Homeowners are responsible for their individual property including flower beds, shrub trimming, enclosed yards, trash pads, exterior maintenance, painting, and repairs. Exterior changes require ACC approval unless listed as pre-approved.
The HOA maintains common areas such as the pavilion, grass, and common trees.
The community landscaper does not maintain private yards.

How do I report a maintenance issue?
Submit a Request through TownSq with photos and details. Track progress through TownSq.

Utility Services
Contact local utility companies to establish electric, gas, water, and trash service.
Mailbox Key
Contact the United States Postal Service or a locksmith if your home was purchased as a resale.
Compliance
I received a violation notice. Who do I contact?

How do I report a neighbor issue?
Submit a Request through TownSq with photos and details.
How often are inspections done?
Compliance inspections are typically bi-weekly with occasional spot checks.
Tenant Rules

Board Meetings
Meeting dates are posted in TownSq under News and Events and sent by email if registered.
Meeting minutes are posted in the Documents section of TownSq.
Committees
To join a committee, submit a Request through TownSq to the Board of Directors.
Trash and Recycling – City of Richardson
Trash must be placed in alley trash pads by 7:00 AM on collection days.
Trash may not be set out the night before.
Do not use community trash cans for household trash.
Trash must weigh under 50 lbs.
No trash bins allowed.
Heavy or bulky trash requires BABIC scheduling at www.cor.net/BABIC or 972-744-4111.
BABIC items are usually placed at curbside right-of-way, often at the front of homes due to alley size restrictions. Confirm placement with the city.

TownSq accepts ACH and debit/credit cards. Credit card payments include a $1.50 fee plus 3.5% of the payment amount. E-check payments include a $1.50 fee.
Option 3: Bank Bill Pay
Update your bank’s payee name and address to the PO Box above. Include your account number and association code DAEH in the memo.
Can I pay with a credit/debit card?
